Mr. Bui - Product Manager Being our travel product Manager, he has been working in travel business for over 25 years and travel to every corner of Vietnam. He is quite emotional to people and charming beauty of our country. With the great love for travel he tailors very special trips for our guests who wish to explore a real Vietnam. He takes care of small details of tour itinerary that bring you exceptional experience. He starts his job as a tour guide in moutainous Noth West and North east Vietnam, for he spent years to work with the locals so he gets his owned profound knowledge of ethnic people there. Alex Cuong is also a man of good sense of hummor. Cuong speaks both French and English.
Ms. Caroline - CS Manager Being born in Canada but Caroline came to Vietnam in 2004. Her begining job is a language teacher. Beside her MS degree taken in Canada she has other talents like singing, playing guitar, and painting. She loves Vietnamese culture and people. Travel is her hobby so she understands the expectation of foreign travellers coming to Vietnam. She is quite flexible in searching the best way to ensure that you enjoy your holiday with us. Singing and palaying guitar at lazy time keep her young and optimistic.
