POLICY

1 - Deposit & cancellations

A deposit should be made in order to secure your reservation. We ask that a deposit of 20% of the tour value be transferred to Vietindo Travel's bank account in advance. In return, Vietindo Travel will immediately send you a confirmation by e-mail or fax.

Cancellations will be charged based on following conditions :

2 - Payment

Please settle your payment in full no later than 14 working days prior to your arrival. The payment should be made through bank account transfer. If the mode of payment is credit card, an additional 3% is added to our tariff rate. For more in details, please contact us.

3 - Liability

Vietindo Travel will do every thing possible to ensure the best quality of service. Vietindo Travel acts as an intermediary between the concerned hotels, transport companies and partners providing services for our tourists. Vietindo Travel is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage caused by third parties, including those occurring outside of touring programs. Additional expenses beyond the control of Vietindo Travel incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by passengers. Travelers are advised to have medical and health insurance for the trip duration.

4 - Childrens' rate

Under 2 years : No charge, without extra meal and bed ( share with adult ) Between 2 - 12 years : 30% of the  adult expense and no extra bed. If an extra bed is required, the cost will be 50% of the adult's.
