Day 1: Hanoi
Arrive Hanoi , meet and transfer to your hotel.
In the afternoon, we will tour around the Old Quarter by rickshaw (one-hour),
visit Temple of Literature or the first University of Vietnam from 11th
century, photo stop at Ba Dinh square and Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, and then join
water puppet show. Dinner
at a local restaurant. (-/-/D)
Day 2: Hanoi – Halong Bay
After breakfast we check-out hotel
and depart for Halong Bay. Have drive through scenic Red River Delta. Arrival
Tuan Chau wharf at 12:00. Board on Elegance Paradise cruise. Having lunch while
cruise through hundreds of limestone islets in amazing Halong Bay, one of New
7 Wonders of Nature. Afternoon visit
fishing village by bamboo boat or kayak. Go back the cruise for relax and drink
tea on sundeck. Late afternoon we enjoy happy hour and music at Le Piano Bar.
After dinner we have free time to watch movie, chat with friends and cruise

Start the new day with Taichi practice on sundeck. Light
breakfast with tea, coffee, fruits, and cake, then we visit Titop beach or Sung
Sot cave. Get back to cruise for check out cabin. Have brunch before we arrive
at the harbor at around 11:00 AM.
Transfer to the airport for evening flight
to Hue, the former capital of Vietnam (1802-1945) ruled by
Nguyen Dynasty. Have dinner at Hanoi airport. Upon arrive Hue city, transfer to
hotel for chec-in.Check into your hotel. (B/-/D)
Day 4: Hue - Hoi An
After breakfast we
check-out hotel and start city tour with the visit Minh Mang Emperor’s tomb.
Minh Mang is 2nd King in Nguyen Dynasty, who is considered the best
among Nguyen’s in ruling country. Visit Hue citadel including forbidden purple
city which is listed as the World Heritage site.
Hai Van Pass. Hoian, a World Heritage Site, is
an ancient town and major port in the 17th and 18th centuries. Arrive Hoian for
check-in hotel, dinner, then free walking to witness Hoian at night. (B/-/D)
Day 5: Hoi An
Morning we spend half
day to visit My Son holy land. Visit My Son ruins where the left brick towers
tell us splendor Champa history. Afternoon have walking tour around in the
ancient town to visit the Phuc Kien Temple, Tan Ky old house, Japanese Bridge
and Hoian local market. Free till we have dinner. (B/-/D)
Day 6: Hoi An - Ho Chi Minh City
After breakfast,
transfer to Danang airport and take the flight to Ho Chi Minh City. After
landing in Ho Chi Minh city we drive to Cu Chi tunnels, 70 km from the
city, where used to be guerilla base
during Vietnam war. Go back Ho Chi Minh city for dinner, then check-in

Day 7: Ho Chi Minh City – Cai
Be – Tra On
In
the morning we check out hotel and drive straight to Cai Be, 130 km from Saigon. 10h30-11h00 A.M: Arrival at the pier
of Cai Be. Transfer by junk which takes us to a sumptuous traditional
residence, former imperial residence, where the descendants of the family of
Kiet welcome you and invite you to taste tea accompanied by savory samples of
tropical fruits. We have the opportunity to walk through the orchard.
Continuation towards the artisanal villages where rice and coconut products are
produced: rice alcohol, puffed rice cakes, rice paper, coconut milk sweets.
In the afternoon, we go on foot or by bike along the
paths through the villages. The walk allows us to discover verdant orchards and
river activities, and especially to make contact with the local inhabitants.
The boat continues in the direction of Tra On, while
ascending up the river. The aperitif is offered on the upper deck while
enjoying a foot massage as the sun gradually sets on the river.
Taking part in a cooking class on the boat, you will have
the chance to try to make Pumpkin flower stuffed with That Lat fish and learn
how to cut vegetables for decorating dishes.
Dinner and overnight on board to enjoy the beauty of the

Day 8:
Tra On – Can Tho – Ho Chi Minh city
An early awakening allows you to contemplate
the dawn on the Mekong River: fresh air, bird song, barges traffic, and
bubbling activities of the inhabitants in the banks of the river. Breakfast on
board while the boat sails slowly toward Can Tho.
Check-out Le Cochinchine boat, say “goodbye” to our
friendly staff, we transfer you by small boat for visit of Cai Rang, one of the
most bustling floating markets in the whole Mekong Delta. The Cai Rang floating
market is known as a high-light cannot be missed when you explore the Western
rivers of Vietnam.
Day 9: Ho Chi Minh City
Free until transfer to the airport for
your flight home. (B)
