Thai house is supported by dozen of wooden stilts. The house is consisted of 2 parts: main house and kitchen. The main staircase leads to the main house for the guests, and the other small one connects with the kitchen for woman.
When you do homestay there, normally you stay in the main compartment together, separated by soft mattress and mosquito net. You can choose private room with AC if available.
Hot water is available in the bathroom. Some stilt house stay above little fish pond. The hose is surrounded by little garden. The windows are overlook to rice paddy fields.
You can choose walking or biking to move around the village or/and to neighboring villages. Little family shops are filled with lots of Thai hand made crafts. You can buy as souvenirs for your loved ones.
