Day1: Arrive in Hanoi

Welcome at the airport and transfer to your selected hotel.

Day 2: Hanoi

After breakfast, spend your day taking a tour around the capital and visiting such sites as the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (outside), his former residence, One Pillar Pagoda, Tran Quoc Pagoda, Temple of Literature, Lunch in a restaurant. In the afternoon, continue to the Museum of Ethnology and end the afternoon with a visit to Hoan Kiem Lake (the Lake of the Restored Sword) and the Ancient Quarter. Early in the evening, enjoy a water puppet show.Overnight in Hanoi. (B/L/-)

Day 3: Hanoi - Halong

In the morning, after breakfast, transfer to Halong Bay.

Arrive around 12h30 and take a junk for a memorable cruise through the mystical Halong Bay.

Be delighted with food on board and spend your day admiring one of the natural marvels of Vietnam. Visit islets & cave of Suprise. If the weather is nice, enjoy a swim in the cool blue water of the Gulf of Tonkin. Dinner and overnight on the junk. (B/L/D)

Day 4: Halong - Hoian

7h30: Breakfast. Discover Man’s Head Island, Tortoise Island, Luon cave, Bai Tu Long bay, Ton Island and Bai Tho Mountain. 11h00: Enjoy an early lunch on board. 12h00: End of the cruise, then drive to Noi Bai Airport for flight (VN 319 – 18.45/20.00) to Danang. When you arrive, we will transfer you to your hotel in Hoian for check in. Overnight in Hoi An. (B/L/-)

Day 5: Hoian

After breakfast, your guide will meet you to show you the Ancient Town and explain its considerable significance in the history of Vietnam. You’ll be free in the afternoon. Overnight in Hoi An. (B/-/-)

Day 6: Hoian – Danang - Hue

After breakfast, the whole morning is at leisure before transferring to Hue through Hai Van Pass The views from the top are excellent – you’ll be able to see Lang Co beach and the lagoon far below and the picturesque fishing village of Lang Co. Lunch in a local restaurant. Overnight in Hue. (B/L/-)

Day 7: Hue

After breakfast, take a boat for a cruise on the gentle Huong River (Perfume River) and Thien Mu Pagoda on the riverbank and Emperor Minh Mang’s tomb. Lunch in a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the Imperial Citadel, the mausoleum of Emperor Khai Dinh and the Dong Ba market

Day 8: Hue - Saigon

Transfer to Hue Airport for the morning flight to Saigon.

When arriving in Saigon, transfer to your selected hotel. In the afternoon, discover a busy Saigon with a tour in the Old Colonial Residential Quarter and a visit to the old Hotel de Ville, the Opera House, Notre-Dame Cathedral (built in the 19th century), the dazzling French-style post office and the Reunification Palace (outside). Day 9: Saigon - Cuchi

After breakfast. We will take you to visit the famous Cu Chi tunnels, a byzantine maze of underground passages, chambers, rooms and booby traps used by both the Vietminh and the Viet Cong to suddenly materialise as if from nowhere, launch a lightning ambush, and vanish equally rapidly. After lunch, you’ll return to Ho Chi Minh City, visit Cho Lon and stop at Binh Tay Market.

Day 10: Saigon – Vinh long – Cai be

After breakfast, depart at earlier morning to escape from Ho Chi Minh City’s urban sprawl, you’ll travel to Vinh Long. There, you’ll cruise on the Mekong River, visit Cai Be floating market, fruit orchards, a traditional family-run brick kiln, and drop in to look at some traditional cottage industries - a workshop making the huge coffins unique to the Mekong is particularly interesting. In tafternoon, you’ll return to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight in Saigon. (B/L/-)

Day 11: Saigon free

After breakfast. full day free of shopping and enjoy the test of biggest city in Vietnam where designer shops sit cheek-by-jowl with boutiques, galleries, antique shops and jewelry stores. Clothing includes silks and hand-woven fabrics with a reputation for high quality. Vietnam is also famous for handicrafts including bamboo ware, ceramics and lacquer. Overnight in Saigon. (B/-/-)

Day 12: Saigon departure

Free time until your transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport for the departure flight.
