Day 1 : Ha Noi. Arrival & visit
Upon arrival Ha Noi at 06:40 AM, warmly welcomed by or
guide and driver at the airport. Transfert to hotel (check in from noon/
14h00). Hanoi is the capital of Vietnam from 1010 and is famous with tree lined
streets, lakes, local markets, Temples and Pagodas, and Old quarter with many
streets named after traditional crafts. Once Hanoi was known as the name of
Thang Long or ascending Dragon city. Visit Ho Chi Minh complex including Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum,
Presidential Palace, House on stilts in his garden. Go out of his Residence we stop at One Pillar Pagoda which shapes lotus flower called symbol of Buddhism.
Move to visit Temple of Literature or first
University of Vietnam built in 1076 under Ly Dynasty. Free for Lunch in a local
Café or restaurant.
Check in hotel. Take a rest.
16h00, walking around the Old quarter, visit Hoan Kiem
lake and Ngoc Son
temple before we have 30 mins on electrical car to explore
around the Old quarter. Stop to take photo of Opera House built by French in
1912.
Free time for dinner. Overnight in Ha Noi.
Day 2: Ha Noi - Country side
activity – Ha Noi (B,L)
08:00: Drive to a village near Ha Noi. Upon arrival,
tranfert to a family.
9:00 AM we start to experience farming activities with
the locals.
You will choose one of 4 below farming programs.Before
we start the farmer explain in details all working steps, how to use working
tools like sickle, hoe, shovel, watering bucket, bamboo fish trap, bamboo
basket, boots....
1- Planting and harvesting vegetables: we learn preparing soil, planting, watering, and
clearing the weeds
2- Harvesting vegetables. Receive bamboo baskets then learn how to cut and pick
fruits and vegetables, then how to preserve and process them.
3- Catching fish by Nơm (bamboo
basket fish trap) - grill fish
We receive hat, boots, fish trap then together go down
the fish pond. We are guided with skill how to seek and catch fish. In the end
we also learn grilling fish in traditional way.
4- Picking tea leaves and looking after tea plants
Bring bamboo basket for picking tea leaves. We will see
how to choose tea leaves, plant and look after tea plants in right way for
bumper harvest with high organic quality.
Experience steps of tea ceremony and enjoy it.
12:00 AM have lunch at traditional local house. We
enjoy farm products we get that day. Have short rest after lunch. In the
afternoon our guide will take you around the village for visit some highlights
such as Village entrance gate, village's communal house, village's
church...
Then go back to Hanoi in the late afternoon. Free time
before dinner. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi.

Day 3: Ha Noi – Mai Chau (B,D)
Breakfast at hotel. Land transfer to Hoa Binh, where
the Northern ethnic minority groups congregate. Photo stop at Hoa Binh
hydroelectric dam. Proceed to Mai Chau, the
paddy valley of Mai Chau, surrounded with mountains, is home for
the white-clad Thai ethnic minority. Located 120 km northwest of Hanoi,
Mai Chau is well known for its natural beauty and the Thai cultural ambiance
with houses on stilts and charming traditional activities. Arival at Mai Chau
at noon. Check in homestay of White Thai Ethnic people. Free for lunch.
In the afternoon we walk around the village to explore
daily life of the local people. You also have chance to experience the rural
activities with the locals such as ploughing land, flooding the rice field,
consolidating the paddy edge, clearing the weed, and planting rice, ect.
Back to your host. Preparing the dinner with the host
family, learning about traditional food. Enjoy the local dishes for dinner.
Enjoy traditional music show while sipping Can wine contained in pottery jars. Overnight in Hoa Binh.

Day 4: Mai Chau – Ninh Binh (B)
After breakfast
we together with the farmers feed pig, chicken, and dog.
Visit a family
where you can learn how to prepare fibers, weave traditional clothing of Thai
people.
Optional : We will
also have an opportunity to work with the farmer to herd the water buffalo to a
different location for feeding.
After lunch, road to Ninh Binhcalled as
"Halong Bay on land" - the same limestone rocks as
in Halong Bay but seen from a winding stream through paddy
fields instead of the sea. Upon arrival, check in hotel. Free for dinner.
Overnight at hotel.

Day 5: Tam Coc – Fishing farm (B)
In the morning, enjoy spectacular scenery during the boat trip to Tam Coc caves with visit of the Bich Dong Pagoda. Then,
visit the temple of king Dinh & Le. Free for lunch.
Afternoon, cycling through the local villages, and
visit a local family to learn about their daily life and culture.
We will enjoy fishing farmnearby the
local family house. We will show you how to prepare the bait and pick the
right location. You can participate in local activities like catching fish, scooping water by using the traditional tools of
production. There, you will experience how to be a true farmer when joining
these activities.

Day 6: Ninh Binh – Ha Long Bay (B,L,D)
7:30: Pick up at your hotel , departure to Ha Long
Bay, enjoying the beautiful sceneries of the rural areas on the way
12.00 – 12.30: Embark at Hon Gai International harbor.
12.30 – 13.00: Check-in, enjoy welcome drink &
cruise briefing.
13.30 – 15.00: Have lunch while cruising to
magnificent Bai Tu Long bay; admire the
fascinating formations on the way.
15.15 – 15.40: Explore the well- hidden Thien Canh Son cave.
15.45 – 18:00: Enjoy relaxing on a white sandy beach
at Hon Co island, swimming or kayaking.
18:00 – 19.00: Back to junk for refreshing before
having dinner on board.
20.00 – 21.00: Relax, enjoy fresh air & overnight

Day 7: Ha Long Bay – Country side activity – Ha Noi (B,L)
07.30 – 08.00: Morning view of Bay’s landscape with a
cup of tea or coffee. Have breakfast in the fresh air.
08.30 – 09.30: Visit Vung Vieng fishing village by a rustic row-boat.
10.00: Check out of the cabin. Start cruising towards
the harbor while an A la carte lunch is served.
11.45 – 12.00: Disembark.
Drive back to Ha Noi. Stop at a village on road.
13h30 : Enjoy water puppet show performed by local artists. Then, walking or cyclingaround village
to visit the culture house of village then a local
house in the village for a warm talking with the host. Experience the farming
activities such as: harvesting and planting vegetables, fishing
with the traditional basket.
Back to Ha Noi. Arrival in late afternoon, transfert
to hotel. Overnight in Ha Noi

Day 8: Ha Noi – Flight in the morning to Hue(B)
Breakfast, transfert to airport for flight Ha Noi/ Hue
Arrival in Hue,and
transfer to hotel.
Afternoon, visit Tu Duc tomb. Different
from other somber tombs, Tomb of Tu Duc offers a romantic and relaxing ambiance
as it also incorporates some buildings for the king’s residency. It has a large
lake where the emperor used to boat and relax in a lakeside pavilion to compose
poetry. Continue to visit Dong Ba market. Overnight in Hue city.

Day 9: Hue – Country side activity – Hue (B)
In the morning, departure for Citadel of Hue where was central Nguyen Dynasty Administration from
1802 – 1945. In here we spend around 2 hours to visit many historical buildings
such as Flag tower, 9 canons, Ngo Mon Gate, Thai Hoa Palace, Forbidden Purple
City, Royal Theater, Queen mother and Queen grandmother Residences, 9 bronze
Urns, and Temples for Nguyen Family ancestor, etc.
Free for lunch.
15h00, drive to the Chuon Lagoon for a cruise around 01 hour.Like the Tonle Sap lake in Cambodia, the Dam Chuon
lagoon covers an area of around 3,000 hectares (7,400 acres). You will then
have the opportunity to live the experience the lives of local fishermen on a small wooden sampan, fishing for, crab, fish,
and shrimp in brackish water. Back to Hue.

Day 10: Hue – Da Nang – Hoi An (B)
In the morning, departure to Da Nang via Hai Van
Tunnel, and have a short stop at Lang Co beach for photos.then spend around 1
hour in Cham Museum which was established in 1936 to house the relics of
huge collection of Cham sculpture influenced by Hindu culture. Continue to
drive to Hoi An. Upon arrival at noon, check in hôtel. Free time.
Hoian ancient town received
the title of World Heritage Site in 1999, which is 30 km from Danang city.
Hoian used to be the most important port in South Central Vietnam from
16th-18th century. Today Hoian still has about 850 structures protected as
historical landmarks with the unique influence of Chinese, Vietnamese, and
Japanese architecture from 17th Century. In here you can enjoy your shopping
for products of tailored clothing, silk, and dozens of souvenirs in lines of
shops.

Day 12: Hoi An – Da Nang – Sai Gon (B)
Upon arrival Saigon, or Ho Chi Minh City, warmly
welcomed by or guide and driver at the airport. It takes you around 30 minus
driving to our hotel in the city center.We start our day with visit to famous
places in Ho Chi Minh city which is the biggest city in Vietnam. Visit to Reunification Palace, where it’s entrance gate was collapsed by Vietnam
People Army’s tank that marked an end of Saigon government in April 1975. From
there, take a short walk to Notre Dame Cathedral and Saigon
historic Post office.Visit Cho Lon (China town). Finally, move on to Ben Thanh Market, the
biggest market in the city to see piles of crafts and antiques. Overnight in
Sai Gon.

Day 13: Sai Gon – Cai Be – Vinh Long (B)
08 :00 : Drive to Cai Be. Arrival at the tourist boat station in Cai Be and
welcomed with cold towels, fresh coconut.
Boating and enjoying the fresh air on the Mekong
river, the tourists visit the floating market, the original style of commerce on the Mekong river,
will be dizzy of boats on the river.
Visiting the local poprice, coconut candy workshop and knowing the ways
bee-breeding tasting honey tea by breezy river.
Crossing the Mekong river to An Binh island visiting a
hundred year ancient house (Mr.Cai Cuong), a landlord’s one in the past, a
combination between Vietnam-French architecture in the Mekong delta (if low
tide, tourists will visit another local house, knowing about the daily
activities of the locals).
Taking about 20 minutes for rowing sampan or cycling
along the village paths with discovery feelings.
Boating to An Binh Garden, enjoying
a cup of tea and some of the local tropical fruits and listening to the
traditional music, is the best chance for relaxation.
Visiting the brick & pottery factory where the
tourist know how to make the brick and the pottery from the local clay and
styles with the traditional technique.

Day 14: Vinh Long Can Tho – Sai
Gon (B)
Early morning, tranfert to Can Tho. Arrival
at Ninh Kieu wharf, take the motorboat for sightseeing the Cai Rang Floating Marketwhich is the biggest and most colorful floating
market in the Mekong Delta’s region.
In the very early morning, the river has become a busy
commercial site where hundreds of boats packed with fruits, vegetables, plants
and foods...line along the river and are ready for trading. Sellers will hang
samples of what they are selling on the top of a long pole on their boats so
that buyers can see from a distance what sellers are selling.
After the Cai Rang market, continuing cruising through
small creeks to a local orchard and enjoying tropical seasonal fruits
(included).
Desembark. Back to Sai Gon. Free for lunch on road.
Arrival in Sai Gon in late afternoon. Overnight in hotel.

Day 15: Sai Gon – Cu Chi – Departure (B)
In the morning, departure to Cu Chi tunnels. Arrive there at around mid-day. Stay in the floating
restaurant situated by a river in Cu Chi complex before we spend around 2 hours
to explore the tunnels complex covering staggering 250 km, where lies at the
end of the Ho Chi Minh trails and was
the base from which guerrillas used to attack Saigon. The staff there help you
choose the shorter or longer tunnels to crawl through. Back to Sai Gon at noon.
Free time for shopping, transfert to airport for your flight to home/ Siem
