With a total length of 2600 km, Vietnam Railways network connects residential area to cultural, agricultural and industrial center, except the Mekong river delta area. When it is more developed, Vietnam railway network is possibly linked to Cambodia, Thailand and Malaysia railways network via which to Singapore and Laos railways. There are four classes of train travel offered in most trains: hard-seat, soft-seat, hard-berth, soft-berth. Trains prove a good option for travelers to see more of the countryside in Vietnam
Day 1: Ho Chi Minh city
Upon arrival at airport, pick up and transfer to Hotel. Free at leisure. Overnight in Sai Gon. (-/-/D)
Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City - Nha Trang
Breakfast. At 9 AM, start your city tour with its highlights including Cathedral, City Post Office, China Town, Cho Lon Market, Unification Palace and lacquer workshop. Dinner before transfer to Saigon railway station. At 19:40 departure for Nha Trang by train S2. (B/L/-)
Day 3: Nha Trang

Day 5: Danang - Hoi An
Breakfast. Visit to Cham Museum. Lunch. Then drive to Hoi An town. On the way make a stopover at stone handicraft village. Arrive in Hoi An in the afternoon. Check into your hotel. Visit Ancient Museum, Japanese Bridge, Chinese Street, Tan Ky House, market and Hoi An Ancient Port. Overnight in Hoi An. (B/L/-)
Day 6: Danang - My Son
Full day tour to My Son Holy Land, where was once the center of Champa Kingdom. (B/L/-)
Day 7: Danang - Hue
Breakfast. Transfer to Danang Railway station. At 08:41 departure to Hue by train S2.
Arrive in Hue at 12:57. Have lunch and then visit to Khai Dinh and Tu Duc Tombs. Overnight in Hue. (B/L/-)
Day 8: Hue
Full day tour including boat trip on Perfume River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda, visit to the Imperial Citadel and Minh Mang Tomb. (B/L/-)

Day 10: Hanoi
Arrive in Hanoi at about 06:00. Transfer to hotel for breakfast and early check-in. At 9:00 city tour with visiting to Temple of Literature (the first university of Vietnam), Museum of Ethnology, Hoan Kiem Lake. Enjoy one-hour rickshaw tour around the Old Quarter. Overnight in Hanoi. (B/L/-)
