Day 1: Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City
Arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport.
You are greeted by our guide and transfer to hotel.
Afternoon city tour to visit Reunification
Palace, Binh Tay Market in Chinatown and Giac Lam Pagoda. Dinner at a local

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City
In the morning wander around Ben Thanh Market with our chef and learn how to
choose the best ingredients for the afternoon cooking class. Lunch with Hue specialties. Take part
in cooking course to learn Vietnam’s
best dishes. (B/L/D)

3: HCMC - Cu Chi - HCMC
Full day excursion to visit Cu Chi underground tunnels in which the network of tunnels is more than 200km long, operated effectively during
the war time by Vietnamese guerillas, followed by visit to rice-paper makers. Return to HCMC. (B/L/-)
Day 4: HCMC - My Tho -
HCMC
Morning drive to My Tho, located inside
the Mekong Delta. Boat trip on Mekong
River and its tributaries
beautified by palm-tree lines, visit to sub-tropical orchards and taste
seasonal fruit. Lunch with Mekong Delta specialties. Return to HCMC. Dinner at
Vietnam House restaurant. (B/L/D)
Day 5: HCMC
AM: Enjoy 1-hour rickshaw around the
bustling town and water puppet show. Cooking practice and lunch at local home.
PM: at leisure. Evening: take the cruise on Saigon
River to Binh Quoi Village for folk music show and dinner. (B/L/D)
Day 6: Departure from
HCMC
Free until check-out. Transfer to airport
for departure. End of services.
